Open Architecture

Built on the principles of open architecture, BluePrince was the first in our industry to create a data normalizing methodology that fits any development department’s data and was the first to support multiple database management systems. BluePrince can run Microsoft SQL Server 2005-2016 or MySQL 5.

Requirements

BluePrince requires a minimal set of running applications: the client application, a database server, and a set of lightweight Windows services to manage automated tasks. Every BluePrince application and service is a native Windows application, so each runs without installing any additional software. BluePrince, once installed, does not require active management by IT staff, and quarterly updates can be pushed out silently and automatically to all workstations.
